This guy is responsible for everything. You know who i’m talking about. That pesky voice inside your head that’s positive one minute and negative the next. Telling you that you can/can’t do something or that it will or won’t work.

Learn how to train, educate and master your “mini-me” and irradiate negative beliefs, all whilst recognising times when you should listen to any cautionary warning signals “mini-me” might be poking you with.

Fundamentals

I consider myself lucky. I grew up as a ‘state educated’ boy in the U.K. and had access to a reasonably good level of education, higher education and later on, professional courses, mentors and coaches. Along the way I was able to study, change careers and ultimately become a successful business owner and life coach & mentor myself.

It is only natural to take your childhood for granted when growing up in a relatively democratic, safe and developed country – but after living in Asia for many years and now a father, I think “Holy Cow! What about my son’s future? “

knowwwlwdge.com started out of initial panic and frustration. Although British, I am a single parent based in the Philippines with limited access to affordable, quality education for my 9 year old son. He did attend a good Montessori-based school for a few hours a day since age 3, but that all stopped when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and the country was placed under strict lockdown.

Any parent of active young children doesn’t need reminding that they have the attention span of a gnat and education needs to be subtle, creative and hands-on practical.

And that got me thinking…

Through my interest in websites, I saw that Google were running free online courses with certificates upon completion. That’s got to be good for anyone’s C.V. right?

Similarly, as I use a VPN (mask/change your location whilst online) I was able to access BBC iPlayer in the U.K. and got my son interested in their great ‘bitesize’ programs that cater to the learning needs of children of various ages. Anything to stop him being glued to YouTube gets my vote!

I benefited from a fantastic Life Coach throughout my time in the Finance sector, and ultimately became a mentor to others myself. I know firsthand that a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) will massively improve your life and well being.
